ERASMUS+ KEY ACTION 107 International Credit Mobility for 2021-2022

Project description: The Institute of Economy and Trade of TSUC in Khujand (IET TSUC) has approved a project with the University of Seville, Spain on international credit mobility 2019-1-ES01-KA107-063447 project. The inter-institutional agreement for 2019-2022 and 2020-2023 between University of Seville and the Institute of Economy and Trade of TSUC in Khujand was signed. Under international credit mobility, an HEI in a Partner Country can send its doctoral candidates or staff to a partner HEI in a Programme Country, and vice versa. Doctoral candidates are able to study abroad for a limited period of 3 months for which credits are obtained. After the mobility phase, the doctoral candidates return to their sending institution to complete their studies. Similarly, staff can spend a teaching and/or training period abroad for up to 2 months. According to this agreement IET TSUC is HEI from Partner Country and the University of Seville is HEI from Programme Country.
The documents for the student’s application are:
- Application form for Short-term mobility for teaching (STA)
- Application form for Short-term mobility for students (SMS)
- Mobility Agreement (STA)
- Learning Agreement (SMS)
- Copy of the applicant’s passport.
- Level of Spanish Certification. This must correspond, at the very least, to the CEFRL B1, or its equivalent – except in special cases with due justification submitted before the start of the mobility.
- Doctoral students must include a (4-page max.) memorandum outlining the work they propose to do during their stay in the US.
- Certificate of English language skills accreditation (at least B2 level)
- Motivation letter
- Recommendation letter
- Certificate of enrolment at home university during the current academic year
- In the case of students from underprivileged backgrounds or challenging circumstances (disability, learning difficulties, economic challenges, cultural differences, health problems, social problems, or geographical difficulties), the Home University must issue a certificate with data accrediting the above to the Erasmus+ Programme. SELECTION CRITERIA
Selection criteria of students: applicants must be active full-time students on a PhD programme, or Postgraduate (aspirantura) studies of the IET TSUC.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of personal motivation, intercultural abilities, knowledge of English/Spanish and academic excellence. (Among students with the same level of academic excellence and language knowledge, the most disadvantaged student from a poor socio-economic background or a student with special needs will be selected).
