On February 15, 2023 the “Chinese Bridge” – 2023 Online Seminar was held by Shenyang Normal University at the IET TSUC. We remind you that this project was organized and held with the support of the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, Ministry of Education, China.
Saidqosim Mukhtorov – director of the International Center and Global Engagement of IETTSUC, Sun Fu Guang – secretary of the Shenyang Pedagogical University College of International Education, Dong Cui, professor of the Shenyang Pedagogical University College of International Education, Cui Ningning, director of the Shenyang Pedagogical University College of International Education, and scholarship project specialists Wang Tianqi attended the opening ceremony.
Teachers from the Shenyang Pedagogical University, as well as more than 70 students from the Institiute of Economy and Trade of Tajik State University of Commerce in Khujand and Tajikistan State University of Law, Business, and Politics gathered in the cloud to start the journey of online learning and experience. The opening ceremony was presided over by Li Xiaoyi, Central Asia Project Specialist of the Shenyang Normal University.
Mr. Saidqosim Mukhtorov expressed his sincere gratitude to the Shenyang Normal University for providing a platform for learning Chinese and Chinese culture, carefully organizing and designing course content, and selecting a team of teachers with rich teaching experience and reliable professional quality. At the same time, he said that the Shenyang Normal University is very willing to provide support and assistance to teachers and students who are interested in learning Chinese and Chinese culture, to exchange Chinese teaching experience and to share learning resources.
On behalf of the students, Olimova Zuhro, a Chinese teacher from IET TSUC, introduced the situation of students learning Chinese and Chinese culture, saying that more and more students in Tajikistan are interested in learning Chinese, and they celebrated the Chinese Spring Festival together not long ago. Experienced the charm of Chinese culture. The student representatives Ahadov Abduahad and obidov Rahimjon also expressed their hope to have the opportunity to study in China in person to increase their knowledge of Chinese culture and broaden their horizons.
After the opening ceremony, all students, with a strong enthusiasm for learning, jointly learned the first online Chinese class “Ni Hao” through active exchanges and interactions.
